Smart buffering and labelling
The system is equipped with a smart buffer mechanism that automatically stops the supply as soon as the discharge fills up. This prevents the labelling machine from becoming clogged and ensures that the line always runs smoothly. The buffer roller conveyors ensure a constant flow, so that batteries can be transported and labelled quickly and efficiently.
Labelling functionality
Each battery receives one large label on the side and two labels on the top. One of these top labels can be printed directly by an integrated print engine. Operation is simple thanks to a central touch HMI screen, which allows operators to control all three label dispensers clearly.
Efficiency and ease of use
The large label roll holders limit the number of roll changes, which reduces downtime to a minimum. The system is also suitable for both smaller batteries and larger models weighing up to 45 kg each. This creates a flexible line that can be used in a wide range of production environments.
