Checkweighers – Because weight matters
The checkweighers from Tegra Systems inspect your products very accurately by weight. When the system detects that a product does not meet the specified weight criteria, it is rejected from the production line. With a checkweigher, you are guaranteed products with the correct weight.
Tegra Systems offers various types of checkweighers, such as the ‘flat belt checkweigher’, ‘rotary checkweigher’, and the ‘v-band checkweigher’. Of course, you can choose from different sizes, weighing ranges, and speeds. An extra advantage and safety feature is that the checkweighers can be set to different user levels; from operator to team leader and even to start/stop function only.

Our checkweighers are equipped with a weighing conveyor that checks the weight. You can easily set the weight criteria (often a target weight or minimum/maximum weight) yourself in the software. As soon as the checkweigher detects that a product does not meet the criteria, it is sideways removed from the line and placed in a collection bin.
